If your brochure is on a table with your competitors’ brochures, which will be picked up first?
The cover of your brochure works like an advertisement: if you catch the reader's eye (and mind) they'll open it and read on. And then you get to make the case for your business, organization, or product. I never forget that your marketing materials’ job is to sell for you — to engage, persuade, inform, and encourage the reader toward your desired outcome.
Your brochure is a representative your organization — and often makes the all-important first impression to a new customer. Some brochures mumble and have a shabby appearance, others are all gloss and no substance. Guy With Glasses’ designs speak your messages clearly and persuasively — and make a great impression. I like to imagine a ‘table test’ for my work: if your brochure is on a table with your competitors‘ brochures, I want YOURS to be the one that gets picked up first.
