Triangle magazine is an important publication for Springfield College. This biannual publication is a major alumni communication tool for the college with a print edition run of 56,000. There is also a newly-developed Wordpress digital edition.
Springfield College trusts Guy With Glasses to bring their stories to life. The College is a dynamic and progressive institution — and I want that to show on every page. A valuable skill that I bring to Triangle is my illustration talent. I can create whatever visuals a story requires — and not be limited by what images may or may not be available.
Proper preparation of files for the print edition is an important part of this job. The College meets co-mailing windows for postage savings, so problems or delays in printing would increase costs.
The newly-developed Wordpress digital edition has a custom-designed theme. There is also extensive coding to alter the admin interface for a magazine that is published in issues — a child/parent data structure where articles are attached to parent issues. Learn more about the digital edition here.
