Sometimes a website needs to evolve … quickly. This one was originally built to promote prepackaged meals that were sold in grab-n-go sections of convenience stores and some supermarkets. A year later, the client called in a panic — they needed changes, fast! A major retailer was giving their new Paleo meals a major rollout in 3000+ stores.
They needed the paleo products added to this Drupal website and also a store locator — which was part of their agreement with the retailer. And, it all needed to be done before the rollout in three weeks!
Lucky for them Guy With Glasses has technical skills that the average off-the-shelf-template-using web ‘developer’ just doesn’t have. I wrote custom code to import the thousands of store locations from spreadsheets — and built the locator using Google Maps API and custom code. And also added the new Paleo meals and thoroughly tested everything … all in less than 3 weeks!
